When you open Websphere Admin Console for first time in FireFox/Mozilla browser, you will get Security warning.
Follow follwoing steps to do the one time setup.
1. Go to Start --> All Programs --> IBM Websphere --> Application Server v7.0 --> Profiles --> appSrv01 --> Administrative console
2. You will get following screen.
3. Click on confirm security
